Projekt Studentske sekcije Hrvatskog fizikalnog društva i Zvjezdarnice Višnjan - students@visnjan

Sa projektom Students@Visnjan Zvjezdarnica Višnjan daje studentima mogućnost sudjelovanja u znanstvenim i edukacijskim programima Zvjezdarnice. Projekt da je uvod u astronomiju i astrofiziku, te u znanstvene metode korištene u ovim disciplinama.

Članovi projekta, nakon uvodnog pripremnog tečaja u Zagrebu, počinju raditi na različitim projektima u Zagrebu i Višnjanu.

Predviđene teme su:

• Fizika meteora i fizika ionosfere
• virtualna astronomija i astronomske baze podataka
• Ultraluminozni rendgenski objekti (ULX)
• Sky Quality- utjecaj atmosfere na astronomska promatranja na Višnjanu i Tićanu
• Edukacijski projekti

Project of the Student section of Croatian Physical Society and Visnjan Observatory - students@visnjan

With Students@Visnjan, Visnjan Observatory gives an opportunity to undergraduates to participate in scientific and educational programmes of the Observatory. It gives an introduction to astronomy and astrophysics, and to scientific methods used in this field.

Members of Students@Visnjan, after going through a simple preparatory training course at Zagreb, start to work on different projects in Zagreb and in Visnjan.

Themes to work on are:

• physics of meteors and physics of ionosphere
• virtual astronomy and astronomical databases
• Ultraluminous X- ray objects (ULX)
• Sky Quality - Influence of atmosphere on astronomical observations on Visnjan and Tican sites
• Educational projects
